Estimates & Pricing
Yes — completely free, no obligation. We come out, look at the site, and give you a written number. There's no charge for the estimate itself, and you're under no pressure to commit.
The best way is to book a free estimate through our Schedule page or call us at (606) 309-9272. We'll schedule a site visit, look at the job, and give you a written estimate — usually within a few days of your call.
Pricing is based on scope, materials, equipment time, and labor. Every job is different — that's why we do site visits instead of giving generic numbers over the phone. The written estimate we provide covers everything so there are no surprises.
For larger jobs we typically require a deposit before scheduling work to start. This will be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins — it's all spelled out in the estimate.

Yes — East76 does both. Our commercial work includes grounds maintenance contracts, site excavation, utility installation, and commercial paving. Residential work includes yard installs, driveway and concrete work, stonescaping, and ongoing maintenance. Same crew, same quality.

Yes. East76 Landscaping is fully licensed and insured for all services we provide, including utility work, excavation, and concrete. We're happy to provide documentation on request.
Before & During the Job
Timeline depends on the scope of the job, weather, and our current schedule. We'll give you a realistic timeline when we provide the estimate and keep you updated throughout the project. Small jobs might take a day or two; larger commercial projects can take several weeks.
Not for most jobs. As long as we have access to the work area and the scope is clearly defined, we can work without you on-site. We'll communicate before we start and update you on any questions or changes that come up.
We'll walk through the site with you during the estimate and flag anything you need to address beforehand. In general: mark any utility lines you're aware of, clear vehicles and equipment from the work zone, and note any access restrictions. We handle 811 call-before-you-dig for permitted work.
